This plug-in changes color balance to imitate images taken with Manual / Classic lenses but without any effect of degradation similar to images made with toy lenses.

Basically it is not a plugin. It is a small standalone program in C++ and a wrapper script for seemless integration into GIMP.
It allows to alter an image with 16 bit L*a*b* curves with preview. You call it like a script from gimp. The image is send to that program, you play with the L*a*b* curves and when you save the altered image is send back and everything is cleaned up...

A simple script to make the edges of a selection or layer glow with the selected colour. The script will act on the active selection first, and if it cannot find that, the alpha channel of the current layer. All changes are made to a separate layer so you can duplicate, mask and move them around to your heart's content.

All my scripts can be found at http://se2014.com/~wmorris/projects.php
The script enables you to do two image adjustment operations to all images in a folder:
You choose a folder with a folder browsing widget, you can also specify the file extension of the files you would want to change(useful if you have non supported files in the same folder). read more »
This extension allows you to add dominants to your black and white (or colour) photos.
In the "Layer mask" mode the dominant is balanced with a mask, such that your whites remains whites.
The homepage is in Italian but you can see some screenshots and examples there. Please note also that the plugin is in English.

Windows binary for this new plugin by Arel Welgan.
Source has been fixed for Windows compilation by Samj. Plugin no longer crashes under Windows.
Please note that all comments below, prior to Nov 28 2009 are related to another build not to this
that seems working well with RGB and RGBA images
Extract colour-match.exe from the ZIP archive and copy it to your c:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\.gimp-2.6\plug-ins\
(As Windows compilation by Samj was perfect, I kept it in the archive. Mine was several bytes larger...)
Easily map colours from a source colour to a target colour. Very effective for matching skin tones across images or between people.
Relatively quick (but not earth shattering). It doesn't work with grayscale or indexed images. Has preview, works with selections and layers, etc. Very, easy to use, and quite useful for portraits or recolouring graphics.

A demonstration: Lenna's face is mapped to the colour of the feather on her hat. This was done by selecting a colour from her face, then selecting a colour from the feather. read more »
What is Color Spotter? Basically, it's contrast, but "centered" around a color. Another way to see it is as another "Color selection" tool: you specify an image, a kind of threshold, and it selects color that are close to the one you specified; only, Color Spotter keeps every pixel from the image, darkening the wanted colors, brightening the others. read more »
FX-Foundry/Color/Separate Luminance...
Creates two new layers: one containing the Luminance, and the other the Chroma information in the form of a Grain Merge. Optionally, it will color-enhance (maximize saturation in) the Chroma layer while still keeping it luminance-neutral.
This allows you to do noise-reduction and sharpening on the two layers separately.
Update (23-Jul-2009):
Noticed that highly-saturated colors exceed the ability of the grain-extract/grain-merge to handle without clipping the color, so I have made the excess color get folded into the luminance layer. read more »
